The sequencing for the subsequent endnotes from 107 to 109 are thus off by one. The current endnote 106 refers to the reference in 107. In addition, endnote 106 should not have been present and is missing a call out. Open a database or a tool that searches multiple databases e.g. All endnotes after endnote 19 are therefore off by one in the text.The instructions below assume you know how to undertake a search in your database/s of choice and select references for export.
